Everyone is fighting the hardest battle.
I can tell you everyone in their lifetime will reach the point where they are not happy with themselves. Where they particularly feel insignificant and even not good enough. It’s infectious. In that same moment we long to be someone different. We long to have a different life, different character… We get to a point where because the world is seemingly dissatisfied with us and treats us...
Naturally, I was bound to choke. Bound to break.
I woke up at 8:00 this morning and I couldn’t fall back asleep. No matter how hard I tried to sit still, my mind was racing. Hurt, guilt, guilt and… guilt. I feel like God just wants me closer to Him, because I feel so far away from the two people that I adore and look up to most in life. I just might have lost them.
